ACCUMULATORSM Voice Response System - Telephone Operated Program Support (TOPS) provides you access to:
  • Account information
  • Account values
  • Daily unit values and fixed maturity option rates
  • Transfers among investment options
  • Allocation changes for future contributions
  • Change your PIN

Call us toll-free at 1-888-909-7770, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You may access information on any ACCUMULATOR® contract on which you are the owner. The information and services available depend on the type of product you own and its current status.

TOPS information is updated daily to provide you with unit values and your annuity account value as of the end of the previous business day. Transaction requests must be completed and confirmed on TOPS before the time that the New York Stock Exchange closes (4 PM Eastern Time or earlier) to be processed as of the close of an AXA Equitable Business day on the date that the request is made.

Any request received or made after the closing of the New York Stock Exchange (or on days it is not open) will be made effective as of the close of business on the following business day.

AXA Equitable's terms and conditions apply to TOPS and are subject to change. Restrictions to prevent disruptive transfer activities apply.

How to Enroll


You may access information on any ACCUMULATOR® contract on which you are the owner. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required to transfer funds, change investment allocations or to change a PIN.

If you do not have a PIN or do not remember the 5-digit number, please complete a TOPS enrollment form and mail as instructed on the form. For security reasons our Customer Service Representatives and your Financial Representative will not provide your PIN to anyone who requests it.

To access the TOPS Main Menu, from any touch tone phone:

  • Call 1-888-909-7770
  • Enter your contract number
  • Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number (your Access Number)
  • Wait for TOPS to access your information and take you through the main menu

TOPS' Main Menu provides you with the following options:
  • Press 1 for unit values and fixed maturity option rates
  • Press 2 for contract inquires
    • Press 1 for balances by investment option
    • Press 2 for specific investment option details
    • Press 3 for current allocations
  • Press 3 for transactions
    • Press 1 for transfers
    • Press 2 for allocation changes
    • Press 3 to change your PIN
  • Press 4 to request information on another ACCUMULATOR® contract (You can get information on another contract under a different SSN)
  • Press 5 to request a new PIN when you have lost or cannot remember your PIN. You will receive a new PIN in 5 - 7 business days
  • Press 6 to return to the main menu at any time during the call
  • Press *0# to speak with a Service Representative
