Momentum's Voice Response System - Telephone Operated Program Support(TOPS) provides you, in English and Spanish languages, access to:
- Account information
- Account values
- Daily unit values
- Transfers among investment options
- Allocation changes for future contributions
- Add, change or terminate an investment simplifier option
- Change your PIN

You may access information on any Momentum retirement account in which you are the participant. The information and services available depend on the type of product you own and its current status.
TOPS information is updated daily to provide you with the unit values and your annuity account value as of the end of the previous business day.
Transaction requests must be completed and confirmed on TOPS before the New York Stock Exchange closes (4 PM Eastern Time or earlier). Each transaction will be processed as of the close of an AXA Equitable Business day, on the date that the request is made. Note that transfer and allocation changes are not complete until you have confirmed the details and the automated line confirms that your request has been filed.
Any request received or made after the close of the New York Stock Exchange (or on days that the New York Stock Exchange is not open) will be made effective as of the close of business on the following business day.
AXA Equitable's terms and conditions apply to TOPS and are subject to change. Restrictions to prevent disruptive transfer activities apply.
How to Enroll
You may access information on any Momentum retirement account in which you are the participant. A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required for all inquiries and transactions, including: transfer of existing funds, change of future investment allocations or to change a PIN.
If you do not have a PIN or do not remember the 5-digit number, please complete a TOPS enrollment form and mail as instructed on the form. For security reasons our Customer Service Representatives and your Financial Representative will not provide your PIN to anyone who requests it.
To access the TOPS Main Menu, from any touch tone phone:
- Call 1-800-821-7777
- To hear instructions in English press 1
- To hear instructions in Spanish press 2
- Enter your social security number (if you are a participant in more than one Momentum contract, the system prompts you to select the specific contract)
- Enter your PIN
- Wait for TOPS to access your information and take you through the main menu
AXA Equitable will not be responsible for the unavailability of the processing of transfers or future investment allocations due to system problems, scheduling requirements, power surges, or any other failures.

TOPS' Main Menu provides you with the following options:
- Press 1 for Unit Values and Investment Option Listings( Press 88 to hear fund codes)
- Press 2 for Retirement Account information
- Press 1 for balances by investment option
- Press 2 for specific investment option details
- Press 3 to Initiate Transfers
- Press 4 to Change Allocations(for future contributions)
- Press 1 To change current employee allocations for future contributions
- Press 2 To change current employer allocations for future contributions
- Press 6 to Change your PIN
- At any time you can press *0# to speak with a Momentum customer service representative
