Guarantee Your Retirement Income With Annuity Products From AXA Equitable
When saving for the future, many people worry whether they’ll have enough money for their retirement. Annuity products offer a tax-deferred investment option that can help you protect against the risk of outliving your retirement income. A variable annuity offers guaranteed income for life. A fixed annuity provides defined growth in principal and interest that is tax-free until qualified withdrawals are made. Either annuity product may be an important part of your retirement plan.

The Retirement Cornerstone® variable annuity provides a strategy to investors who want to tap into the potential wealth-building power of the stock market but who want to guarantee some retirement income. Retirement Cornerstone comprises two distinct accounts within a single tax-deferred annuity platform. One account is dedicated to long-term accumulation and focuses on investment performance, while the second account is dedicated to helping provide a guaranteed income benefit that will help you secure your future retirement income. This account is part of a variable annuity and includes an optional feature, which is available at an additional cost and is subject to income restrictions and age limitations.
AXA Equitable’s Structured Capital StrategiesSM is a variable annuity product that offers a tax-deferred growth strategy with index-based investment options1 that track domestic, global and commodities markets up to a cap with some downside protection2. The cap may limit your potential in up markets.
1The structured investment option does not involve an investment in any underlying portfolio. Instead, it is an obligation and subject to the claims paying ability of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company.
2You are protected from some downside risk. If the negative return is in excess of the Segment Buffer; there is a risk of loss of principal.

A deferred variable annuity is a long-term financial product designed for retirement purposes. In essence, an annuity is a contractual agreement in which payment(s) are made to an insurance company, which agrees to pay out an income or a lump sum amount at a later date. Typically, variable annuities have mortality and expense charges, account fees, investment management fees, administrative fees, and charges for special contract features. In addition, annuity contracts have exclusions and limitations. Early withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges, and if taken prior to age 59 1/2, a 10% federal income tax penalty may apply. Withdrawals from annuities may also be subject to a contractual withdrawal charge. Variable annuities are subject to investment risks, including the possible loss of principal invested.
Variable subaccounts of variable annuities fluctuate with changes in market conditions. When surrendered, the principal may be worth more or less than the original amount invested.
Withdrawals from retirement products are subject to normal income tax treatment and if taken prior to age 59 1/2, may be subject to an additional 10% federal income tax penalty. Withdrawals may also be subject to a contractual withdrawal charge.
You should carefully consider your investment objectives and the charges, risks, and expenses of a variable annuity, as stipulated in the prospectus, before investing. For a prospectus containing this and other information, please contact your Financial Professional. Please read it carefully before investing or sending money.
All guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of AXA Equitable and do not apply to the subaccount investment options.
Optional riders are available for an additional fee.
