AXA Way’s primary mission is to help AXA Equitable focus on customers and become more customer centric in its approach. Supporting this mission, the team delivers measurable business value, helps all AXA Equitable business units fulfill the company’s strategic objectives, sustains a culture of continuous improvement and provides project leadership development for all AXA Way professionals.
All AXA Way professionals participate in the company’s Six Sigma training program. It also aims to build program participants’ change leadership skills and capabilities.
