Service Delivery
The Service Delivery team provides best-in-class service to AXA Equitable’s customers, financial professionals and third-party distributors. Service centers are located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Harmon Meadow, New Jersey and Syracuse, New York. The team is responsible for the business operations and processes that support our new and inforce life insurance, individual annuity and tax sheltered, variable annuity business.
Career opportunities on this team range from entry level to experienced professionals in several areas including Underwriting, Call Centers, Claims and Conservation. Required skills vary, but all candidates should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
