Supporting Success

We offer an open architecture of products, service, along with a robust broker/dealer to support our financial professionals. Our financial professionals have access to both proprietary life and annuity products, as well as access to non proprietary products through our general agent, AXA Network, LLC.

AXA Advisors, LLC has partnered with Linsco Private Ledger (LPL) to provide clearing firm responsibilities in addition to handling our back office processing.  LPL Financial is a well-respected independent broker/dealer and has a state of the art web-based technology platform to access client’s accounts 24 hours a day. LPL Financial has long been recognized as a leader in fee-based asset management, and offer one of the industry’s broadest, non-proprietary fee-based investment platforms. The advisory programs provide both choice and objectivity for financial advisors and our clients.

As part of the AXA Family, our financial professionals have a supporting team of professionals to assist and service the Financial Professionals and our clients.  The Financial Professional has access to resources, tools, and advanced learning, in addition to professional development programs.

Elite Producer Groups

  • Paramount Planning Group: Paramount Planning Group (PPG) is comprised of the most distinguished, innovative and respected financial professionals associated with AXA Advisors, LLC. PPG members are highly experienced at meeting the special needs of affluent individuals, corporate executives and business owners.
  • Sterling Group: The Sterling Group, a division of AXA Advisors, LLC, is a select group of financial professionals who are distinguished for achieving a high standard of experience and service. Our financial professionals are motivated and highly experienced, with the ability to meet and exceed both the simple and complex needs of our clients. 
  • Firm Builder Program: The Firm Builder program is designed to support Financial Professionals, at a Sterling Group level or above, who are interested in attracting financial professionals to join their practice and build a firm that would attain Platinum Select qualification levels within three years. The Firm Builder is eligible to receive financial incentives for recruiting to and building their practice.
  • Teaming Program: A teaming group consists of two or more producers in which one is either a PPG or Sterling member. The team must achieve 250K for two consecutive years to apply for program participation. The teaming producers have access to several additional resources and tools, in addition to Annual Accomplishment and Annual Growth Bonus Opportunities.
  • EARC Program:  Equitable Agents Reinsurance Company (EARC) is an agent-owned reinsurance company incorporated in Arizona in 1987. Its primary business is to reinsure a portion of the risks (mortality and persistency) associated with the proprietary life insurance policies sold by the Financial Professionals who are shareholders of the company. As owners of the company, shareholders have an opportunity to share in the profits and losses of EARC. Periodically EARC conducts new shareholder offerings.

Firms

  • Platinum Select Firm: Platinum Select Firms consists of two or more producers that have achieved 500K aggregate for two consecutive years with the lead producer achieving 250K for two consecutive years.  The firm must be in existence for two years and marketing under one DBA.  Annual Accomplishment and Annual Growth Bonus Opportunities available.
  • Platinum Firm:  Platinum Firms consists of two or more producers that have achieved 1MM aggregate for two consecutive years with the lead producer 500K for two consecutive years (or lead producer plus one other firm member).  The firm must be in existence for two years and marketing under one DBA.  All firm members are eligible for the highest Production Opportunity Program payouts and Annual Accomplishment Bonus Opportunities. 
  • Platinum Plus Firm:  Platinum Plus Firms consists of two or more producers that have achieved 2MM aggregate for two consecutive years with the lead producer 500K for two consecutive years (or lead producer plus one other firm member).  The firm must be in existence for two years and marketing under one DBA.  All firm members are eligible for the highest Production Opportunity Program payouts and Annual Accomplishment Bonus Opportunities.

Other Programs

  • Retirement Benefits Group: The Retirement Benefits Group helps employees of public school, universities, municipalities, health care and non-profit organizations enroll in their employer’s Tax-Sheltered Annuities (TSAs) and Employee Deferred Compensation (EDC) plans. Our dedicated and knowledgeable financial professionals work closely with educators, medical professionals, municipal workers, and non-profit employees to inform them of financial issues and the importance of saving for retirement
  • Gold Mentor: The Gold Mentor Program of AXA Advisors, LLC and AXA Network, LLC is designed to attract and enhance the development of Gold Candidates by pairing them with experienced, successful producers “Gold Mentors”  while at the same time, resurrecting or creating new business and growth opportunities for the Gold Mentor. For successfully committing to and participating in the program, the Gold Mentor will receive monthly recognition incentives/fees based on production credit-generating sales of the Gold Candidate paired with the Gold Mentor.
  • Succession Planning:  AXA Advisors has a comprehensive succession planning process to assist our Financial Professional in identifying a partner/successor for his/her practice.  Financial Professionals leverage the synergies of the relationship and plan for transition to the successor. A well-planned and executed succession plan benefits the organization, participating Financial Professionals, and clients alike.  Good succession planning is the fulfillment of promises made to clients, including continuity of superior service.

Resources and Tools

  • National Associate Forum (NAF): The NAF (est. 1969) is an elected body comprised of career associates.  The mission of the NAF is to act as ambassadors for the Career Associates, presenting issues affecting not only the associates, but their clients as well, to the Executive Committee of the Old Guard and Senior Management of AXA Advisors, LLC.  The entire NAF body, with representation from each branch, meets annually in the fall.  An Executive Committee is elected from the body which meets two additional times each year in New York with Senior Management.  This organization is unique to AXA Equitable; the collaborative efforts of NAF branch representatives, the Executive Committee, our home office counterparts, and Executive Management have produced many successes for our clients, the field, and the company.
  • Marketing: Mining Diamonds, sales and advertising, seminars, trade shows, business planning, local partnerships, national sponsorships, civic marketing and existing clientele.
  • Sales Tools:  Customized, state-of the-art software applications enhance the sales cycle and product implementation process by facilitating an analysis of a client’s needs.
  • Financial Planning Software & Planning Tools: Software and tools include, Methuselah (non-fee needs analysis), NaviPlan (fee-based), Insmark/Insgit, and Forecaster.

The Wharton/AXA Retirement Planning was developed to provide intensive training in advanced retirement planning for AXA Equitable financial professionals.
