Steve Quackenbush is a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Markets Group, a division of AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company.  Steve is responsible for the Business Development of the In-Plan Annuity product, working with business partners and plan sponsors to create the end to end product solution.

Steve has 20+ years of experience in the retirement service industry with expertise in defined contribution and defined benefit plan administration, investment management, and trust/custody services.  He has held roles in relationship management, client service operations, and project management.

Prior to joining AXA Equitable, Steve spent 13 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of roles in their Benefits Outsourcing group and the Fidelity Management Trust Company.  His responsibilities included managing the Client Service Operations group for defined contribution, defined benefit, health and welfare plan administration; client relationship management; and managing the Client Service Operations group for the Trust Company.  Prior to Fidelity, Steve spent several years working in the trust and custody departments of Norwest Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Bank of New York (now Bank of New York Mellon). 

Steve has a BA in Economics from Columbia University (Columbia College) and a MBA in Finance from New York University (Stern Graduate School of Business).  He also holds FINRA licenses 6, 26, and 63.
