Charles Marino
Charles Marino is an executive vice president and chief actuary for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, a position he has held since 2006. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee.
Mr. Marino is responsible for all actuarial aspects of pricing, underwriting, reinsurance, valuation and financial projections. He has had multiple positions since joining the company in 1980. His experience includes senior roles with responsibility for the valuation of insurance reserves, DAC, and asset and liability projection models and earnings analysis, as well as management of the Group pension business.
Mr. Marino joined AXA Equitable following his graduation from New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in mathematics. He is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
