Claim for Death Benefits
Please accept our condolences on your loss. Because this is a difficult time, we want to assist the beneficiary of life insurance benefits by quickly processing the request. According to the policy's provisions, the benefit amount payable will be determined as of the date of the Insured's death. A lump sum payment of insurance benefits is made through our Access Account, a money market type account with checkwriting privileges. Details about this account are included in the instructions provided below.
