AXA Advisors Names Bill Green Senior Vice President Of Field Force Development
New York, N.Y. - Bill Green has been named senior vice president of field force development for AXA Advisors, LLC, the retail distribution arm of AXA Financial, Inc., it was announced today by John Lefferts, President of AXA Advisors, LLC.
Mr. Green’s responsibilities include developing training curricula for the company’s experienced and developing sales force and field managers. Mr. Green will also coordinate the Quantum Leap Group, an internal producer group for high-end financial advisors, and liaison with the Paramount Planning Group, a group of distinguished and innovative financial advisors with an average of 20 years of professional experience. In addition, he will oversee the company’s ongoing industry relations with the American College, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA), and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Mr. Green was with the company from 1981 to 1999 as a financial advisor, field manager and senior vice president when AXA Financial was known as The Equitable Companies Inc. While at Equitable, he created the Quantum Leap Group and wrote The Quantum Leap Best Practices Handbook. He left the company in 1999 to become a senior vice president and chief training officer at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
More recently, Mr. Green was the founder and president of the Practice Development Group, Inc. (PDG), a development and consulting firm established to help high-end advisors enhance and grow their practices.
Additionally, Mr. Green has evaluated over 250 professional practices, has developed The Top Ten Issues of High-End Advisors and wrote The Practice Solutions Handbook. He also created The Practice Development & Management Process for
high-end advisors and the Performance Coaching Platform for sales managers, brokerage managers and mentors.
Mr. Green is a member of the American Society of Training & Development and the International Coaching Federation. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of The American College and the Life Underwriters Training Council.
