AXA Financial Announces Agreement With The National Association For Female Executives
New York, N.Y. - The National Association For Female Executives (NAFE), the largest women’s professional and business owners association and AXA Financial one of the nation’s premier financial services organizations, announced their agreement whereby AXA Financial - through its subsidiary AXA Advisors, LLC - will become the exclusive provider of comprehensive financial planning services for NAFE’s nationwide membership of approximately 125,000 professional executive women, businesswomen and female business owners.
Through its national network of financial professionals, AXA Advisors will offer services to help NAFE’s members meet their financial planning, asset management, wealth accumulation, estate and retirement planning needs.
"Financial planning plays a pivotal role in a businesswoman’s success," said Melissa Wahl, executive director of NAFE. "NAFE is pleased to forge a relationship with AXA Financial to provide our members with this benefit as well as access to the necessary skills, resources and experience to help them achieve their financial goals".
AXA Advisors financial professionals will collaborate with NAFE’s national affiliates to help promote the financial well-being of the organization’s members, through financial education that directly addresses issues which impact women and financial planning. The organization’s members, who elect to receive fee-based financial planning services, will receive a discount of 15% from the fee normally charged for comparable plans.
"For over 31 years, the National Association for Female Executives has been working to help women achieve professional and financial success - through education, networking and public advocacy," said Deanna Mulligan, executive vice president of AXA Financial. "This relationship presents a unique opportunity for AXA Advisors to underscore its commitment to bring focus to the women’s market and to ensure they understand we take their business seriously."
With 47% of US investors now female* and more women becoming decision-makers in their homes and businesses, today's announcement serves to reinforce AXA Advisors’ dedication to the women’s market.
