Alternate Benefit Program (ABP)

The Alternate Benefit Program (ABP) is a 401(a) defined contribution retirement program for higher education faculty and certain administrators. AXA Equitable has developed the EQUI-VEST^SM Vantage^sm ABP 401(a) deferred group variable annuity to allow you to fund New Jersey ABP. The EQUI-VEST^SM Vantage^sm ABP 401(a) annuity allows you to invest your contribution and that of your employer to the ABP in the investment options available under this contract.

In the EQUI-VEST^SM Vantage^sm ABP 401(a) annuity , you will have access to 11 variable investment options, plus investment options for safety of principal¹

ABP Contributions at a Glance
You contribute	5% of base salary
Your employer contributes	8% of base salary
For a combined total of	13% of base salary
