	Dollar Cost Averaging Form Transfer a fixed dollar amount or interest only from the Guaranteed Interest Option to the variable investment option on a monthly basis.
	Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) Automatic Withdrawal Option Elect our Automatic Withdrawal Option, under which we will automatically calculate and pay your lifetime "Required Minimum Distribution (RMD)" for the year you attain age 70 ½ and annually thereafter.
