- Internet Access.1 Go to www.axa-equitable.com.
- Automated Voice-response System.1 Call (800) 821-7777 to hear the current unit value of your funds, change allocations, or transfer among investment options.
- Account Statements and Confirmation Notices. You will receive quarterly statements as of the end of each plan year quarter, and confirmation notices for every financial transaction.
